  4. Where is Exit 111 Festival Located?

Our festival site is a beautiful 700-acre farm, located in Manchester, TN, about 60 miles southeast of Nashville and 40 miles northwest of Chattanooga. The actual site address is on 1500 New Bushy Branch Rd, Manchester, Tennessee 37355. During the event, this farm transforms into a full fledged city almost overnight. And this can mean traffic. Lots of it. So please, consider ridesharing – it helps reduce traffic, saves money on gas, and it’s just smart.

  5. Is There A Map Of The Festival?

Here is a basic map of the grounds. The map is also available in the Mobile App.

  6. What is the bag policy?

Volunteer with Clean Vibes to help keep Exit 111 clean in exchange for 3 day admission and camping! During show and post show positions are available. For more info and to sign up, please visit their website

  9. Safety & Medical

We make every effort to create a safe and secure environment at Exit 111. On-site security and emergency medical staff will be available 24 hours a day. If you need any assistance, go to the nearest Medical Tent or ask any staff member for assistance.

    NO QUESTIONS ASKED

Medical and safety locations at Exit 111 are safe havens – meaning, you can’t get in trouble for anything you say to medical or safety staff at Exit 111. That’s the deal. So if a friend needs help, please stick around and help fill in the blanks. No one will hassle you. And if you think you might need assistance, don’t worry, speak up. Whatever you tell us is confidential, and Exit 111 staff are here for you and no one else.

Medical Emergency Services For your safety, Medical Tents are staffed with nurses and physicians, and a roaming medical staff is always on duty in the concert venue.

WHERE: Stay tuned for specific medical location details.

    Safety Staff

WHERE: You can find our safety (aka security) staff roaming through every campground, at the entrance to the Venue and at all stages, as well as throughout all of the Main Venue.

Our safety staff is trained to help make sure everyone has a good time and stays safe. If you have a security issue in the campgrounds, each campground has a security station open 24 hours. Mobile security patrols roam the campground areas at all times and can assist as well.

All vehicles will be searched upon entry to the festival at the Tollbooths (which you should definitely keep in mind when deciding what to bring).

And prepare to be (politely) searched each time you enter the concert Venue.

    Food Safety

Please don’t buy from unlicensed vendors. We work hard to ensure all official food and drink is good and safe. And really, if you buy something from an unlicensed vendor, you have no idea what you’re getting. There is lots of great stuff to buy from official vendors, who deserve your business, not least because they have made a real commitment to support the festival.

    Emergency Vehicle Access

Our roads might not look like city streets, but for emergency and maintenance vehicles, they do the job as long as you keep them open. Which is what we ask you to do. Please park in designated areas and don’t drive around the site. Walk on the sides of the roads, and please let all official vehicles through.

  10. Is There a Mobile App?

Yes! The Exit 111 mobile app is available now on iOS and Android.

  10. Still Have Questions About Our ADA Access & Accommodations?
  1. Is There an Access Program?

Exit 111 will be fully ADA compliant and provide options for fans with disabilities to come and have a great time. Check the FAQs below for more info and email our access team directly at access@exit111festival.com if you have any additional questions.

  2. ADA Festival Entry

There are specially designated lanes at the tollbooths and the venue entrances for patrons with disabilities. Look for the Accessibility signs above the entrance lanes or ask a Festival Staff member to direct you to the lanes.

  3. Accessible Parking Or Camping Tags

To park a vehicle in the Accessible Camping or Parking areas, a government-issued accessible parking tag, placard, sticker, or license plate (from this point on referred to as an “accessible parking tag”), is required. The person with the disability to whom the accessible parking tag is issued MUST be in the vehicle when entering and MUST be camping with the vehicle.

It is illegal to use another person’s accessible parking tag. Don’t take the space from someone who needs it. It is against the law to duplicate or falsify and accessible parking tag. It is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without a legitimate accessible parking tag. Officers will be spot-checking accessible parking tags to confirm that the person to whom the tag is issued is in the vehicle. If the person is not in the vehicle, the tag will be confiscated.

  4. Temporary Accessible Parking Tag

If you have had or will have surgery or another condition that will limit your mobility during Exit 111, talk with your doctor about getting a temporary accessible parking tag from your state. Explain that distances are quite far and that being able to camp in Accessible Camping would help make it possible to attend.

  5. Exit 111 Accessibility Center

Our Accessibility Center will be located in ADA Camping. Our team will be available to provide information about Exit 111’s services for people with disabilities and assist in other ways as needed.

The Accessibility Center will be open daily until the main venue closes after the last act ends each night.

Our Accessibility Center services include, but are not limited to:

    • Answers to questions specific to the Accessibility Programs
    • Information relevant to our patrons with disabilities
    • Programming information in large print and Braille for reference, as requested
    • Power outlet for recharging power wheelchairs and mobility devices
    • Festival map that identifies all viewing areas for patrons with mobility limitations, patrons who are Deaf / Hard of Hearing or sensory difficulties (plus one companion). Please note that special accessible viewing areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis
    • A place to chill and chat and just take a load off
  6. Patrons with Mobility Limitations

The Festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages. Also, it is an outdoor music festival situated on a farm. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain. If it should rain, there will be mud in some places.

We do not provide personal care or push services. Please plan ahead and bring attendants if needed. In addition, the festival does not provide wheelchairs for rent or loan. Please make arrangements in advance if a wheelchair is needed.

Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by Patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Visit the Accessibility Center for a map of the festival grounds with Accessible Viewing Platform locations identified. The Accessible Viewing Platforms are reserved at all times for people with mobility impairments plus one companion. Please note that these areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accessible portalets are available at each bank of restrooms throughout the festival.

  7. Service Animals

Animals and pets are not allowed within the festival grounds, however, patrons with disabilities are welcome to utilize fully-trained and ADA-recognized service animals at the Festival. Service animal inquiries can be sent to access@exit111festival.com.

  8. ADA Wristband Program

Visit the Accessibility Center for information on our wristband program. If you have mobility impairments you can request a specialty wristband at the Accessibility Center located in ADA Camping. This wristband is to show our team that you (plus one companion) are eligible to enter the Accessible Viewing areas.

The wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. These areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The wristband is non-transferable.

  9. ADA Parking, Pick Up, and Drop Off

There will be a designated area for ADA pickup /drop off at the festival. Additional information on the exact location will be provided at a later date. You also have the choice to purchase a single day parking pass HERE.

  10. Still Have Questions About Our ADA Access & Accommodations?

  1. How do I receive the Military Discount?

    VetTix.org and create an account.

When setting up your account, make sure the location under your preferences covers Tennessee. THIS IS IMPORTANT – otherwise Exit 111 will NOT show up as an option. Once you’re account is set up, visit the discounts and opportunities page under the Tickets on the navigation bar and you will find Exit 111 Festival at the bottom.

If you’re experiencing issues after following the above directions, please contact the Vet Tix support team here.

  2. The Buying Process

From our tickets page, the “buy now” links will take you to our ticketing site hosted by Front Gate Tickets. Front Gate handles all things associated directly with your purchase order including customer service for things like payment, order changes, wristband shipments, etc.

Create An Account: When you add a ticket to your cart, you will be prompted to create or sign into a Front Gate Tickets account. This is required and is the account you will need to log in to if you ever want to review or update your order. It’s a good idea to create a Front Gate Tickets account ahead of time if you are buying at a busy time and want to be able to move quickly.

Time Limit: Once you cart a ticket, you will have a limited time to finish checkout. So be sure you know what you want before going in. This is done to make sure that everyone has a fair chance at the limited ticket volume and nobody can hold onto them indefinitely without purchasing them.

Layaway Plans: Near the end of the checkout process you will have the option of splitting your order into multiple payments. This can be done to any order and will split your ENTIRE order cost based on a percentage.

Customer service and getting prompt help: Your best contact for ticketing related support is Front Gate Tickets. They can also be reached by phone at 888-512-SHOW (7469).

-If you are staying off-site, but would like to drive to the festival every day

    CAR CAMPING PASS
-If you purchased a ticket and are planning on camping next to your car

    RV CAMPING PASSES

-If you are bringing a motorcycle, entering at the same time as an RV, and parking within that RV’s campsite (limit 1 companion vehicle per RV. Both the bike AND the RV will need their own pass)
-If you purchased a ticket and are planning on camping for the weekend, but will be arriving without any vehicle.

Note: All camping passes are PER-VEHICLE, and you cannot get more space than you have vehicles for. For example, you may not show up with one car but 2 car camping passes and expect to get 2 campsites. you will only get 1 campsite per vehicle – regardless of how many passes you have.

  4. Layaway Plans

On the checkout page, you have the option to purchase your full order at that time or you can purchase using a “layaway plan” for a non-refundable nominal fee. After your first payment is made, the follow-up payments will be drawn automatically from the same payment method on the specified due dates. If you would like to update your payment info or simply log in to review your order details, simply go to the official ticketing site (where you originally purchased the tickets) and click “sign in” at the top of the page. Once signed in, click on “manage order” in the same top navigation bar and input your order details. Once logged into the order, you will be able to update your payment and/or shipping information.

  6. What is a ticket "tier”? (ex. tier 1, tier 2)

Ticket pricing tiers are our way of rewarding fans who purchase their tickets early. All tiers of the same ticket type are the same exact ticket, just at a different price. The Tier 1 prices are the lowest price, and when they sell out, we roll into selling tier 2. When tier 2 sells out, we roll into selling tier 3, etc. So it’s always better to buy early.

  7. Can I Purchase Tickets Over The Phone?

Yes, please contact our ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets, or call 888-512-SHOW (7469).

  8. Is It OK To Buy From A Third Party?

Only wristbands and car passes purchased through the official ticket website are guaranteed to be authentic, with properly coded and activated RFID technology. If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your tickets through the link on our tickets page, frontgatetickets.com, Ticketmaster Verified Exchange, or through a friend’s link in our OFFICIAL ambassador program powered by Verve. In the event of a festival cancellation, your tickets may only be refunded when purchased through our official site. Tickets from other websites or resellers cannot be verified by the festival. WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO GET SCAMMED!

Please be aware: We are not responsible for any counterfeit tickets, wristbands or car passes. In addition, any wristbands reported lost or stolen will have their RFID chip deactivated and will not be valid. For your own protection, please do not purchase wristbands from any source other than exit111festival.com. Fake or deactivated wristbands may look like the real thing but they will be identified by our scanning system at the front gates. Those in possession of fake wristbands – or ones reported lost or stolen – will not be admitted to the festival and the wristband(s) will be confiscated.

Removing a wristband automatically voids it (unless by accident or for safety reasons, in which case you need to get a replacement wristband from a customer service booth at the festival – this will require you to prove your purchase information). Festival Security will check every wristband to assure it has not been removed or passed between multiple people.

    4. Campground Basics

Campgrounds will open on Thursday, October 10th, at 3PM CT the day before the festival and will remain open until 12:00 PM on Monday, Oct 14, 2019.

Every person with a ticket to the festival is welcome to roam the campgrounds while that ticket is valid (i.e. if you have a single day ticket for Friday, you are only allowed in the campgrounds on Friday) , but every vehicle requires a pass, and that pass also designates your campsite.

      All camping passes include:

      • 4 nights of camping (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night) for everyone in your vehicle
      • In and Out privileges between campgrounds and entertainment area
      • Access to restroom and shower facilities. Note: Showers are an additional charge.

NOTE: A camping pass only permits entry into the campgrounds. To enter the festival you’ll need a separate ticket for the event.

    5. Are Camping Passes Per Person Or Per Vehicle?

They are per vehicle. Every car, truck, SUV, mini van or other standard vehicle will need a Car Camping Pass in order to enter the Tollbooth.Every RV will need an RV pass. Every Motorcycle will need a motorcycle pass.

Note: You cannot get more space than you have vehicles. You will only receive 1 campsite per vehicle – regardless of how many passes you have.

    6. RV Camping Information

An RV pass is required for each RV entering the campgrounds (think of it like a ticket for your RV). Each RV space will be about 20′ X 50′. Tents can be set up if they are within this space, and any slides or awnings must fit within this designated space too.

We do not allow non-ticketed individuals onto the site to “Set up” or “deliver” an RV or other vehicle. if you want to come on site, you need a ticket.

The following vehicles are considered an RV, and require an RV Pass:

      • Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C
      • Any size bus (no tour buses, prevosts or motorcoaches allowed)
      • Any vehicle longer than a normal 15-passenger van (20ft.)
      • Any vehicle towing a camper or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV.
      • *Box trucks and trailers are not allowed into the campgrounds.

There are no water hookups but we will have a mobile water refill/pump option for RV’s available through United Site Services. $65 / water refill and $65/ pump each. Please note that they only accept cash.

    7. RV Companion Vehicle Information

Looking to bring an extra car with your RV? Purchase one of the RV + companion car camping pass options. Vehicles towing campers are considered part of the RV, and do not need a Car Camping Pass, but must remain attached to the camper.

Even if your (non-towed) car and RV can fit into one designated RV space (20’ X 50’) companion cars will be parked in a lot very close to their accompanying RV.

There will not be any dumping areas. However, there will be a company roaming the campgrounds to empty your holding tanks and refill your water for a fee. The number for the company can be found in your Festival Guide when you arrive on site and they will be available 24 hours a day.

    8. What Is Your Alcohol Policy?

Each person may bring in 2 cases of beer, 1.75 liter of hard liquor (NO GLASS), and 2 boxes of wine. Anything over this amount is considered “excessive” and will be confiscated. No kegs are allowed in the campgrounds.

NOTE: These limits are per person. So a car with several people can bring this amount times the number of people in the car… which should be PLENTY.

    9. Do I Have To Sleep In A Tent?

As long as you’re confined within your campsite, you can sleep in a tent, in your car, under the stars, in a box, etc.

SLEEP SAFE: Please be mindful of safety if you choose to sleep in a vehicle. Always make sure it is well ventilated and NEVER sleep in a running car. And always be mindful of where your car exhaust is and make sure it is never venting into an enclosed area like a neighbor’s tent.

    10. What Is Your Gasoline/Propane/Charcoal Policy?

If you have a gas-powered generator of 4KW or smaller, you are allowed to bring the appropriate amount of gasoline to power it. Any excessive amounts of gasoline will be confiscated.

If you have a portable grill or stove, you may bring up to 40 lbs of charcoal and/or a small (20 lbs or less) container of propane. Please note, the small green Coleman propane tanks are limited to 2 per grill.

    11. Will There Be Electrical Outlets?

There will be cell phone charging stations at select locations, but not in your campsite. It’s a good idea to bring an extra cell phone battery. check your map for details on charging locations!

    12. Will There Be Food Vendors In The Campgrounds?

Yes. There will be food vendors throughout the campgrounds.

    13. I'm Not Bringing A Vehicle. Is There A Tent Only Camping Area?

If you would like a campsite but are arriving without a vehicle, please purchase a Motorcycle camping pass and bring it with you in hand. Show this to the staff at the entry gate and you will be able to camp in a motorcycle camping spot.

    14. Am I Allowed To Camp In The Campgrounds With A Full-Size Van Or VW Bus?

Yes, as long as your van or bus seats less than 15 people or is less than 20 feet long. If you plan to bring a vehicle larger than a standard 15-passenger van, you need to purchase an RV Pass, rather than the Car Camping Pass or Day Parking Pass.

    15. Can I Have A Campfire?

No. Open flames will not be permitted within the campgrounds or festival site.

    16. Can I Bring A Guitar? Instruments?

Yes, but please be mindful of your neighbors. Also, leave your instruments inside the campgrounds. Maybe one day you’ll be on stage, but not today.

    17. I'm Going To The Festival But Not Camping On-Site. Can I Still Visit The Campgrounds?

Yes. Your wristband will allow you to access the campgrounds.

    18. How Big Is A Camping Spot?

If you are Car Camping, you will be given a spot that is roughly 20×20 feet (400 square feet), which includes where the vehicle is parked. Motorcycle spots are roughly 15’x10′ and RV spots are roughly 20’x50′

    19. Can I Ride My Bicycle Around?

No. 2-wheeled objects will not be permitted within the campgrounds or festival site (with the exception of motorcycles with motorcycle camping passes).

    20. Do You Offer Accessible Camping?

      Yes. more info coming soon.

    3. Arrival Tips
    4. What Are “Tollbooths” And What Can I Expect As I Enter?
    5. How to Get to Exit 111
    1. I'm not camping and just want to be picked up/dropped off to/from for the day. Is there a pickup and drop off location at the festival?
Yes. There will be a designated area for pickup /drop off at the festival next to the West Tollbooth entrance and Box Office. You also have the choice to purchase a single day parking pass HERE.
    2. I'm staying in a hotel. Can I walk to the festival?
No. For your safety we strongly recommend you not walk to/from the festival. There will be a designated area for pickup /drop off at the festival. You also have the choice to purchase a single day parking pass HERE. Additional information on exact location of pickup/drop off location will be provided at a later date.
    3. Arrival Tips

Like officers everywhere, Tennessee police expect you to obey the highway safety laws, and they’re prepared to enforce them. They’re especially strict about open container violations, so please remember – the festival doesn’t start for you till you’re PARKED.

Please stay in your car, especially when you’re waiting in line to enter the festival.

How to deal with the inevitable traffic delays:

-Fill up your tank before getting in line to enter the festival. There are no gas stations on-site. We suggest stopping and filling up when you’re still an hour or so away – things will get more crowded as you get closer. -Empty YOUR tank, too, before you arrive. There are no bathrooms in line. -Pack some snacks and nonalcoholic beverages.

    4. What Are “Tollbooths” And What Can I Expect As I Enter?

When you get there, you’ll fan out from a single lane into multiple lanes where you’ll be processed for entry.

You MUST have a vehicle pass for EVERY vehicle in order to pass through the Tollbooth. (you may pass on foot with only a valid ticket/wristband)

Your vehicle will be searched upon entry. Please review our list of prohibited items here.

RVs and their companion vehicles with the necessary passes, and all “accessible camping” vehicles will be directed to designated lanes. If that’s you, follow the posted signs.

As you enter the Tollbooth, everyone in your vehicle should have their wristband registered, in place around their wrist, and ready to show to the Tollbooth staff. See the Wristband section for instructions.

Once your vehicle is processed, you’re good to enter. Next, follow the parking staff’s directions to your camping area – camping locations are on a first come, first served basis.

NOTE: even if you are just parking for the day, you MUST have a Day Parking Pass to park on-site. Upon arrival, one of our parking staff will direct you to the Day Parking Lot.

We ask that you don’t clog up the Tollbooth or roads by waiting for your friends. The only way to make sure you camp with them is to arrive together.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR If you’re coming from the east, use I-75 or I-59 to Chattanooga. From Chattanooga take I-24 west. If you’re coming from the west, use I-40, I-24, or I-65 to Nashville.
